CAP BADGES

Every infantry regiment within the British Army is identified by its cap badge which is unique and specific to that individual regiment. Without a cap badge it is sometimes almost impossible to distinguish between regiments and soldiers within the regiment are proud to wear their badge and will defend it against anyone who seeks to belittle it. Below are the various cap badges worn during the 1980's.
